This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?

Don’t worry, we’ve got you! We’ll guide you through every step — from posing to wardrobe suggestions — to help you feel comfortable and confident. Just relax and enjoy the experience; we’ll take care of the rest.

What should I wear?

Choose outfits that reflect your style and make you feel great. Solid colors and minimal patterns work best on camera. We recommend coordinating (not matching) for group or couple shoots. Feel free to bring multiple outfits — we’re happy to help you decide what works best on set!

How many pictures will I receive?

It depends on the session type, but typically you’ll receive 30–200+ fully edited high-resolution images per hour of shooting. We prioritize quality and deliver only the best images that tell your story beautifully.

Are you available outside of Kentucky?

Yes, we travel! Whether it's a destination wedding, corporate shoot, or event across state lines, we’re happy to come to you. Travel fees may apply based on distance — reach out for a custom quote.

Do you do couples photography?

Absolutely! Couples sessions are one of our specialties — whether you're celebrating an engagement, anniversary, or simply love itself. We craft each session to reflect your unique connection.

What services do you offer?

We specialize in commercial photography, cinematic videography, drone imaging, live event streaming, and modern photo booth rentals for weddings, parties, and corporate functions.

Do you offer both photography and videography packages?

Yes! We offer standalone and combo packages tailored to your event, with full-day or hourly coverage options.

Are drone services included?

Aerial imaging via drones is available as an add-on for outdoor events, weather permitting and FAA regulations allowing.

How long does it take to receive the final images/videos?

Our typical turnaround time is 3–4 weeks, depending on the package and scale of the event.

What kind of events do you stream?

We stream weddings, religious ceremonies, corporate meetings, school events, and more — with professional multi-camera setups.

Is internet connectivity needed at the venue?

We use bonded cellular technology via LiveU Solo Pro, so we don’t rely on your venue's internet. However, a strong connection is always beneficial.

Can the stream be shared with a private audience?

Yes. We offer both public and password-protected streaming options on platforms like YouTube, Vimeo, or private landing pages.

What kind of photo booths do you provide?

We offer 360 and sleek, self-service digital photo booths with customizable templates, backdrops, and instant social sharing features.

How much space is required for the booth?

A 10x10ft area with access to a power outlet is ideal. We can work with limited spaces as well — just let us know.

Do you offer props and attendants?

Yes! We provide fun props and can include an on-site attendant if requested.

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes. We are fully insured and can provide COI (Certificate of Insurance) upon request for your venue.

What is the deposit policy?

A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due on or before the event day.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Cancellations made 30 days in advance are eligible for a partial refund. We are flexible with rescheduling based on availability.
